THM-Challenge Group Facebook page challenged us Trim Healthy Mamas to 100 days of eating healthy and seeing the results. So, here I am one week into the challenge.

Ok, so not a whole lot of difference, but Trim Healthy Mama is a slow and steady process, like the tortoise in the race. I maybe am down .4 of a pound, but I feel less "swollen" this week than last. I am proud of myself because I had 3 meals out this week and still kept pretty close to plan on 2 of them (one was Panda Express and for that I am ashamed).
I started exercising again this week. Yay for me! Ran twice and cleaned houses. Although this is not much, it is a start. I was very conscious of it and that's what matters most.
My goals for next week:
I am going to get my rear in gear in the exercise department. I am putting my hand on the P90X videos today and get that ball rolling. I will also take advantage of any nice weather days and run. Hopefully, I will get my husband to join me:)

I'm also going to drink more water. I am a water drinker anyway, but when I get busy I tend to forget to drink, drink, drink!
Today's menu:
Breakfast:
2 fried eggs in BUTTA(S)
000 Salted Caramel yogurt with 1 tsp Truvia (FP)
Lunch:
Chicken Salad only (S)
Snack:
1/2 cup Blueberries (FP)
Dinner:
Cooked Chicken Breast (S)
Cauliflower Mac and Cheese (S)
No dessert :(
Exercise: Even after telling my audience I was going to get off my bum, I still failed to get er done today. SMH. Tomorrow.
