Day 7: Next Week's Menu...Done!

It took me all week to get this thing done, but I did it!  Here it is if you're interested.  I don't have any fancy, spancy way to let you print it off, but screen shot it, Idk;)

Day 7:  Sunday-An All (S) Day
Breakfast:

  • Crustless Quiche (S)
  • Apple Cider Pop with Strawberry flavor


Lunch:

  • Leftovers


Snack:

  • Roasted Broccoli


Dinner: Super Bowl Special :)

  • Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
  • BBQ Babyback ribs- Oh Mylanta, Good!


Dessert:

  • Low Carb Chocolate Lasagna (S)



Day 8:  Monday- An All (E) Day
Breakfast:

  • Oatmeal or Chewy Chocolate Breakfast Cookies(E)


Snack:

  • 000 Yogurt with Truvia (E)


Lunch:

  • Colorado White Chili (E)


Snack:

  • 1 cup Blueberries (E)


Dinner:

  • Mexican Stuffed Peppers (Chicken) (E)


Dessert:

  • Apple Empanada (E)


Day 9: Tuesday- An All (S) Day
Breakfast:

  • Peanut Butter Muffin In A Mug (S)

          with Butta

Snack:

  • 4-5 slices of Summer Sausage and Colby Jack Cheese (S)


Lunch:

  • Joseph Pita Bread Stuffed Pizza (S)
  • Good Girl Moonshine


Snack:

  • Cucumber Sandwiches (FP)


Dinner:

  • Steak cooked in Butter (S)
  • Butternut Squash Casserole (controlled portion) (S)


Dessert:

  • Low Carb Peanut Butter Pie (S)


Day 10:  Wednesday-An All (S) Day
Breakfast:

  • Ham Cups (S)


Snack:

  • Chewy Chocolate Breakfast Cookies (3) (FP)


Lunch:

  • Turkey Tortilla Soup with Low Carb Tortilla (S)


Snack:

  • Chicken Salad (approx. 1/2 cup) (S)

          with 8 Rice Crackers (FP)

Dinner:

  • Stuffed Zucchini (S)


Dessert:

  • Peanut Butter Cups (S)


Day 11:  An All (E) Day
Breakfast:

  • Apple Banana Quinoa Breakfast Cup (E)


Snack:

  • 1/2 cup Blueberries (FP)


Lunch:

  • Acorn Squash Bisque (E)


Snack:

  • Chewy Chocolate Breakfast Cookies (3) (FP)


Dinner:

  • Fiesta Quinoa Chicken Skillet (E)
  • Apple Cider Pop


Day 12:  Friday:  An All (S) Day
Breakfast:

  • Butterfingers Protein Shake (S)


Snack:

  • Low Carb Peanut Butter Pie (S)


Lunch:

  • Deli Meat Pinwheel Roll Ups (S)


Snack:

  • Cucumber Sandwiches (FP)


Dinner:

  • Chicken Crust Pizza (S)
  • Salad


Dessert:

  • Basic Cheesecake (S) pg 373


Day 13:  Saturday:  An All (S) with the Dinner up in the air:) Valentine's Banquet at church.
Breakfast:

  • Fried Eggs


beyond that, I'm not for sure:)  Maybe Leftovers:)
